FAQ’s

  • How will you ship my item?

For Domestic shipping, USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail will be used. Express Mail may also be used upon request and will be added to your cost. International shipping is also available.

Your "ready to ship" item will be shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS first class mail or Ground Advantage. If you need your order sooner, please let me know. Custom orders may take two to three weeks or more to create and then ship, but normally not as long as I'm pretty OCD about getting items in the mail quickly!

I add FREE insurance for Domestic orders over $100. Please message me if you want insurance for International items or items of lesser value or signature required and I can add that to your order. I am not responsible for lost items in the mail. Once it's popped in the mail, it's all yours!

  • What if I need to resize my item or when I get if it doesn't fit?

Please be sure that the size of the item you are ordering will fit you or your recipient. SOME items may be resized prior to shipping, but not all, especially those with already set stones. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASING WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS. If you don’t know your ring size, please get a size from a jeweler for THIN rings and THICK (over 5 mm) ring shanks. MOST chains and some jewelry can be resized. If you need to have an item resized afterwards, you are responsible for shipping costs (back to me and then to you) and a $15 resizing fee. AGAIN, please contact me to inquire if this is possible.

  • What if my sterling silver piece gets discolored or dark?

All of my pieces. are made with .925 solid sterling silver. Guess what? Any sterling silver will darken or patina if you do not wear your item daily. It will NOT patina (start turning dark) if you do because of the oils in your skin. Oxidation is a natural occurrence that happens with sterling silver no matter who you are. If you don’t keep it in a air-proof place (small plastic bag or jewelry box covered) it WILL patina. IT’S SCIENCE. If you wear it daily, again because of the oils on your skin, it will NOT patina. Cool, right? All of my jewelry is created with sterling silver, so be sure to keep it looking new by using a polishing cloth when needed and keeping it in the plastic baggie it's shipped in.

  • Where do you buy your gemstones that you use in your pieces?

I search for the best gemstone cabochons and make pretty places for them to live! Every stone you see in my jewelry has been made by a lapidary artist that I know and trust. Silversmithing is a passion of mine. There is nothing better than turning a piece of silver sheet, scrap or wire into a beautiful piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime!
